Certainty ialah lisan atau ungkapan yang diucapkan dikala kita yakin akan suatu hal, sedangkan uncertainty ialah lisan yang diucapkan dikala kita tidak yakin wacana suatu hal.
Asking Certainty (Menanyakan kepastian/ketidakpastian)

Expressing Certainty (menyatakan kepastian)
